Building stage of a project shall entail Preliminary Drawings such as : architecture design, structural drawing, mep drawing, landscape and interior design and a thorough budget details for each project completion and budget allocations for costs overrun and project pre opening. A dedicated team of professionals will involve to oversee the project to completion such as ongoing supervision by the architect and interior designer, project supervisor, management construction and civil workers, electrical installation workers, wood workers and many more. soscoMMa Team will work simultaneously on the system set up, marketing plan and other pre opening utilities required for the project launch.
